CASTING POWDER
Casting Powder contains low melting constituents that instantly generates liquid Slag , which penetrates into the gap between the mould and the solidifying shell of the billet .
INSULEX 50-A
Insulex 50-A is a complete covering compound (Alumina based). It is a highly insulating powder which has very good expandability and spreadability which enitrely cover molten steel surface in Ladle and Tundish.
DEOXI COMPOUND
It is a synthetic slag deoxidiser ,tailor made for controlling the [O] ppm , of steel through Induction furnace route.
NOZZLE FILLING COMPOUND
Nozzle Filling Compound is a very important granular material which is specially used to prevent Skulling and Freezing of steel .
TEEMING COMPOUND
Our ingot teeming compound is free-flowing powdered Flux which is suspended inside the ingot mould while casting of ingots. This slag as it moves upwards absorbs the impurities from steel.
